Aramark Corporation has acquired the operating assets of Irvine CA based Elite Coffee Service. Elite was founded in 2008 and owned by John and Gwen Stavros. The Stavros' will be pursuing other interests in Southern California.
Aramark will be integrating the Elite operations into their existing Southern California branches. Aramark continues to pursue accretive acquisitions throughout the United States.
